    • What is considered a “Provider”?

      A “Provider” is a physician or Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
    • Does VaccineXpress support my VFC inventory?

      Yes – VaccineXpress can manage inventory for both Commercial and VFC Vaccines.
    • How do we receive training?

      1. There are online training videos available 24 hours per day.
      2. We have a customer support number for questions on operation of the system.
    • How does the 30-day trial work?

      For registration you enroll and create a VaccineXpress Account by entering your credit card information or via Paypal. Any time during the 30 days trial you can contact VaccineXpress and cancel your subscription. After the 30 days of use, your account will be invoiced and a charge will be made against the credit card on file. An invoice will be created and a charge against the credit card will be made each month.
    • Which scanners do you support?

      In general VaccineXpress supports any 2D barcode scanner.
      We recommend Motorola DS6878 wireless 2D Barcode scanner.

      After purchasing the Zebra/Motorola Symbol DS6878-SR 2D wireless barcode scanner, the practice needs to configure the scanner. The two steps are:
      1. Scan the Send Enter Key Barcode (See below)


      2. Scan the Autodiscriminate Barcode (See Below)


      After these two steps, your barcode scanner is ready to use.
