      A “Provider” is a physician or Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
    • Does VaccineXpress support my VFC inventory?

      Yes – VaccineXpress can manage inventory for both Commercial and VFC Vaccines.
    • How do we receive training?

      1. There are online training videos available 24 hours per day.
      2. We have a customer support number for questions on operation of the system.
    • How does the 30-day trial work?

      When you enroll your VaccineXpress Account, then enter your credit card information. Any time during the 30 days trial you can contact VaccineXpress and cancel your subscription. After the 30 days of use your account will be invoiced and a charge will be made against the credit card on file. An invoice will be created and a charge against the credit card will be made each month.
